Can anyone tell me where to look for a ?
I purchased an old Nelco sewing machine. I have (of course) the serial and model number and have not been able to find out anything about it on the internet. I do not care about the worth of it, I just want to know what year it was manufactured. Can anyone tell me any websites I can go to that they would have a list that I could look under to find the year? Please don't tell me to contact anyone by mail coz' that seems to take alot of time... I have even tried to find a contact phone number but can't. Any info would help. It would be perfect if someone that answered this, owned a sewing machine shop....:)
It most likely was manufactured during the early fifties.
Contact a local sewing machine dealer and ask if it is listed in the Blue Book for Sewing Machines. Or, contact Nelco.
