Thread sewing machine?

I have the needle threaded, but I can't get the bottom bobbin threaded properly. Janome Sew Precise Machine. How do I get the thread through so I can start sewing practice?

Most machines that I've ever worked with you have to put the bobbin in that the thread is flowing counterclockwise and then hook it on the lip that is on the left side. Then you'll put the cover back on and rotate your crank handle until the needle goes down and then back up, next you'll pull the thread from the needle until it pulls up a hoop of thread from the bobbin, just straighten out both threads and you're ready. Now this is just the machines I've used so I hope this works for you.
